Komodo Island and Environs

Komodo Island is about 2.5 hours away from Labuan Bajo by boat. The area of the island measures about square 390 km. and is inhabited by about 4000 Komodo monitor lizards (average adult measures slightly over 3 meters) and 2000 people. The gallery consists of landscape photos taken on the way to and back from the island, as well as a photos of the ‘dragons’ and other flora and fauna. All photos were taken on February 17, 2018
