Malaysia: Kuala Lumpur Bird Park
Introduction to the Gallery: Kuala Lumpur Bird Park
There are two outstanding bird parks in southeast Asia. One in Kuala Lumpur and the other in Singapore. Both are exceptional, however I much preferred the one in Kuala Lumpur where so many birds (and a few monkeys) are roaming and flying freely about – within the confines of a large net enclosure. The very large park in central Kuala Lumpur includes the Perdana Botanical Gardens, the Orchid and Hibiscus Gardens and the Deer Park.
